Why do we call our India mission to train pastors and establish churches, “The Hundredfold Factor?”
It is a Biblical expectation of reaching the fullest potential of the gospel.
Every seed has the potential of a 100 fold harvest. Each of those new seeds has the potential of reproduction and multiplication.
Sadly, most Christians do not bear much fruit or multiply their lives in others.
The Hundredfold Factor is focused on where the harvest is plenteous and the harvest is ripe. It is also focused on the ones who have the greatest potential of producing a 100 fold harvest and multiplication.
Because of this, The Hundredfold Factor will make its main object to train those who are pastors and ministers and those who feel called into ministry in India. It is these that we believe have the greatest potential to multiply themselves a hundredfold.
We will do this by providing the training for a Bible diploma for these ministers of India. They in turn will grow deeper in the Word and faith and will commit to reach for people for Christ and start new churches.
We can see this hundredfold factor or principle in a few verses:
1. Committed to those who will be hundredfold evangelist:
Matthew 13:23, deals with the Word of God like a seed producing life in three types of believer’s hearts. Some believers reproduced a hundredfold. This shows the incredible potential that each believer has to make an impact for Christ on others.
Matthew 13:23, “ But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.”
2. Committed to those ministers who forsake all to follow Christ:
Mark 10:30 deals with a promise made to some believers who will forsake all for Christ and the Gospel. Jesus promised that He would make a “hundredfold promise,” to these disciples that took the Great Commission seriously.
Mark 10:28, “Then Peter began to say unto him, Lo, we have left all, and have followed thee. 29 And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel’s, 30 But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.”
3. Committed to those who like Isaac will trust God to stay in the path of obedience even in difficult times.
Genesis 24:12 is the first mention of the hundredfold blessing of God and it came to Isaac not in a time of plenty but in a time of famine. Isaac was tempted like his father Abraham to walk by sight and go down to Egypt where there was food. God told Isaac to remain in the land even in famine and God blessed him a hundredfold. Isaac walked by faith and received the hundredfold blessing.
Genesis 24:12, “Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him.”
We want to commit to those ministers who show a walk of faith knowing that God will work through them even in great sacrifice and poverty.
God has put on our hearts to make our greatest investment to India of all that we do, to these who have the hundredfold potential for the sake of reaching India for Christ.
Why do we want to launch The Hundredfold Factor in India ?
Jesus told His disciples in John 4:37, to “Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.” There are places in our world that the harvest is ripe or “white already to harvest,” and if there is delay then much of the harvest will perish. As a church we have been ministering in India since 2004 and have seen no other place were the harvest demands immediate harvesting? We have seen tens of thousands make decisions for Christ. At this moment in history there is the religious freedom to allow the millions of India to be reached for Christ.
There are many areas of ministry that we have been involved in and each is important. The humanitarian efforts of medical camps, an orphanage, one hundred water wells, medicines, help to widows, and abused women are vital ministries.
The evangelistic ministries that we have been involved in of a city wide crusade and regional crusades have seen tens of thousands make decisions for Christ. Sending teams to hundreds of churches for one day evangelistic efforts have been fruitful. The ongoing evangelistic ministry of the Jesus Video teams and the follow up of the Challenge of John bible study has seen thousands of decisions and hundreds completing a follow up program.
The yearly pastor’s conferences have been a great encouragement to the pastor’s that attends. The pastors have the greatest potential to reproduce the work of Christ more than any we know in India. Therefore, the Hundredfold Factor will give them our greatest commitment and resources to multiply disciples of Christ in India.
Matthew 9:37, “Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; 38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.”
We believe that the harvest is so great in India that we must pray for more labourers.

We have been working with Sushil Kumar and his team since 2004 and he has proven to be a man with a heart for India, called of God and faithful to all the partnerships that we have been involved in. God has gifted Sushil with the administration skills that are needed to be our Director of India for The Hundredfold Factor.

Our mission committee is indebted to a local pastor in our area who gave us the vision to follow the pattern of their church for missions in India. They have blazed the path before us and have proven that this approach to missions, pastor training, and church planting works effectively and with little resources.
